Why does Steel Supply have Drive-Thru Windows?
Our drive-thru window saves you time while you stay warm and dry!
Both of our Service Center locations have drive-thru windows. Ever wonder why? Well, our Telephone Road showroom was a originally a bank, so the drive-thru was there when we moved in.
But we know a good idea when we see it. So, when we designed our beautiful West Road operation, we included a drive-thru there as well.
Now, both Steel Supply, L.P. Service Centers offer a feature that is unique to our industry, but one that we've found is essential for customer service efficiency.
The next time you're headed our way in bad weather, call ahead, complete your order on the phone, then ask a Steel Supply, L.P. service rep to hold it for pickup at the drive-thru. You can still bring an umbrella for any other stops you have to make.
We're always working to make things easier for you. But sometimes, we do take a break. Please note our holiday hours:
- Open December 23.
- Closed December 24-26.
- Open December 30.
- Closed December 31-January 2.
