KeOndra has been with the Steel Supply team for over six years. Although her official title is E-Commerce Support, anyone who works with her knows she’s truly our Customer Service Superstar!

KeOndra first joined us after spotting one of our job postings — and we are so happy she did. From day one, she’s brought an incredible passion for helping people. In her words: “I love fixing problems and helping customers.” That says it all.

Typical Day at a Glance

A typical day for KeOndra involves monitoring and responding to Trustpilot reviews, reviewing online orders, and contacting customers whenever there’s a potential issue. For example, when a customer recently ordered two incompatible products, KeOndra quickly caught the error, contacted the customer, adjusted the order, and avoided a disappointed customer.

She genuinely enjoys connecting with people from all over the country, and her dedication shines through in every interaction.
