More After Hours Steel!

Sometimes, waiting until Monday just isn't an option.

At Steel Supply, we understand that urgent material needs don't always happen during normal business hours.

Recently, a customer in Austin contacted one of our inside sales representatives on a Saturday afternoon needing material right away.

Jason, who was enjoying a round of golf, took the call and contacted Adam, who then reached out to Micah, the customer's outside sales representative.

Micah quickly connected with the customer and confirmed what was needed: a 40-foot C15 steel channel and a ½-inch steel plate.

With the order arranged, the customer dispatched a hotshot truck while one of our warehouse employees headed to our Northwest Houston location to get the material ready.

The truck arrived, the material was loaded, and the customer was back on track.

That's teamwork. That's customer service. That's Steel Supply.

Whether you're across Houston, in Austin, or anywhere else, when you need steel after hours, we're here to help.

Steel Supply offers emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
