When a customer needed material on the weekend, we were ready to help.
Projects don't always happen during regular business hours. Sometimes a job runs late, a deadline changes, or something unexpected comes up. That's why we offer emergency after-hours service for those moments when waiting until Monday just isn't an option.
A Weekend Call
Recently, one of our emergency service phones rang on a Saturday evening. A customer had an urgent need and was relieved to hear someone answer.
After reviewing their material list, we found that we had nearly everything they needed, including tubing, pipe, plate, and pipe fittings.
A Sunday Pickup
The next morning, we opened our South Houston location so they could pick up their order and get back to work.
When they arrived, they thanked our team and said, "You have a customer for life." Hearing things like that reminds us why we offer this service in the first place.
Worth the Drive
The customer had driven all the way from Columbia, Louisiana, because they knew we would have the material they needed. We were glad we could help them get what they needed and keep their project moving.
